Is This It songs need to be infront of Room on Fire, or atleast mixed in. You only live once is not their best song, only in top five. An Is This It song song should be number 1, preferebly Last Nite. The Modern Age should be on here. Machu Picchu should not be on here...seriously. The end has no end should be lower...Reptilia kinda shouldn't even be on here...well I'll give you that one but still. I'm not sure about Alone together, how about Under Control? Or even New York City Cops?

This is a good list; the main thing you got right is not including some of the awful songs on FIOE and Angles that some other lists seem to have. 12:51 is way overrated, What Ever Happened is better. Personally I'd switch out The End Has No End with the Modern Age, but otherwise an accurate list.
