Top 10 Britpop Albums
In the 90s, the U.S. had Grunge and the UK responded in turn with Britpop. The two genres have many parallels even though their sound couldn't have been more different. Both were thoroughly dominated by a handful of bands, both faced a pronounced backlash towards the end of their lifespans and both produced the best rock music created in their geographical area during the 90s. While certainly not reaching the sky high apex of Grunge, Britpop undoubtedly produced its share of great albums.
